How do I place my order?
Shopping at Jiyo is easy.
  • Register at Jiyo with your email id.
  • Already registered, log into Jiyo and browse by CATEGORY or SEARCH for a product of your choice
  • Once you have found the item, click to view details of the product.
  • Check availability of the product at the desired zip code
  • Add product to your cart
  • Add or choose delivery address
  • Choose your preferred payment method and make the payment to confirm your order
What are the next steps after placing my order?

After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation mail with delivery details.
You can track your order through our website by visiting the ‘Your Orders’ section.

We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and keep you informed at every step of the way.

Please note: It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.

Can I modify my order after having placed it?

ADD/ REMOVE A PRODUCT
Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you do not have the option of being able to add or remove a product to/from your order. However, you can place a new order for the desired products.

CHANGE ADDRESS
Should you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer care team at 1855-230-0230.

We shall accept your request only if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by going to ‘Your Account’ -> ‘Your Orders’
Select the order which you want to cancel and click Cancel.

Please Note: Once the order is shipped you will not be able to cancel the order. You may reject the order at the time of delivery.
For all the non- shipped items, we will confirm your request within 24-48 hours of your raising a request.
Once the cancellation of the order has been accepted by us, refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 48 hours (for orders with all non-shipped items) or maximum 10 days (for orders with at least 1 shipped item). Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund or exchange.

How will I get a refund for my cancelled order?

Refund to your PayPal account will be initiated within 48 hours (if the items are not shipped).
For orders that are shipped, it may take a maximum of 10 days once the cancellation request has been received. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund or exchange.

What are the various payment methods accepted?

We accept payments made using PayPal. Please note that you will be able to make payments using your Debit or Credit card via PayPal.

Are there any extra charges?

We are a marketplace platform where we connect sellers with buyers. The prices listed by the sellers for all the items on the platform are final. Delivery charges may be extra depending on factors such as the type of item, delivery location, etc.

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not collect or store your debit or credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this to your bank immediately.


Shipping & Tracking

When will I get my order?
US Domestic Orders

For all US Domestic orders that are available / in-stock, the products will typically leave the warehouse in 1 to 5 business days.
Expedited orders (overnight, 2 Day Air) must be placed before 11am EST so that they can be shipped on the next business day.
Our carriers include FedEx and the United States Postal Service. (Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.)
Our Free Shipping promotional offers are only applicable on domestic US orders shipped via Unites States Postal Service Priority Ground shipping service.
Please note Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days.

International Orders

As of now, we only ship orders within US.

Returns

How do I return or or exchange a product?

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can raise a return request with us on our website.
Just follow the simple steps below:

  • Log in with your registered email ID and password
  • Go to ‘Your Account’ -> ‘Your Orders’. Click on the Order number to view its details
  • Select the items you wish to return
  • Click on Return
  • Follow the steps displayed in the dialogue box and a return request will be raised.

How will I get refunds for my returned orders?

We will initiate the refund to your PayPal account within 48 hours (if the items are not shipped).
For orders that have already been shipped, we may take a maximum of 10 days once the request is received.Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund or exchange .
