Marketplace Returns Policy

At Jiyo, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.
If for any reason you receive your order in 'Defective', 'Damaged' or 'Not as Described' state, you may return the products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

What You Need to Keep in Mind
  • To raise a request, all you need to do is log into your Jiyo web account and select the order / items you wish to return or exchange
  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition with price tags, original packing, labels, freebies, etc.
  • Opened merchandise can only be exchanged for the same product if there is a defect in the product you received.

  • Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund or exchange. Refund amount will be directed to your PayPal account or the bank account from which the purchase was made.
  • Products for exchange or return are to be sent to the respective return address mentioned on the package (shipping and courier costs are to be borne by the customer)

Returns are subject to the sole discretion of vendors and those that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions when it comes to returning a product. These instances include:

  • Hygiene related or fragile items
  • Certain consumables, such as health supplements or food products that have been opened or used
  • Anything significant missing from the package that was delivered to you, such as price tags, original packing, labels, freebies, etc.
